Hypothetically speaking; if a governor wants to run for the Presidency; he must demonstrate the ability to have surplus of balanced budget. Currently Governor Rick Perry can not preform duties regarded to jump to the next big step. Besides; nationally his poll numbers are not embracing the positive spectrum.
