In Spain is there 1 price for locals and 1 for foreigners?

It really depends on where you are and where you go..I've been travelling in Spain for 3 months and find it pretty cheap , although I am living in a campervan..so tend to buy wine and beer from the supermarkets..which is dirt cheap and I live on fresh mussels and fish and all the fruit which I buy in the markets which again is so cheap, there is definitely not a different price for tourists, the Spanish pay the same - I go to a Spanish bar in Calella (Catalunya) where beer is 60 cents a glass and 3 euros a jug, wine 3 euros a bottle. We had several tapas and a jug of sangria in Seville for just over 10 euros. I have found the whole of Spain cheap - including meat where my hubbie buys a side of ribs for under 4euros. You just gotta know where to go!
